LebensWerkGemeinschaft gGmbH is a non-profit service provider for people with assistance needs, which organizes working and residential facilities for participation in social life in Berlin and Brandenburg.
In our view, people with assistance needs are an indispensable part of an inclusive, diverse and solidary society. We consider them as partners at eye level and equal members of a thriving social community. At the same time, people with assistance needs have been the target of exclusion and devaluation by actors from the right-wing political fringe. LebensWerkGemeinschaft as a social institution with dedicated services and support offers for employment, vocational training, as well as assistance and accompaniment in assisted forms of living wishes to set a signal for an inclusive society and against exclusion and devaluation of people with assistance needs.
