The documentation and cultural center of German Sinti and Roma has been working against Antigypsyism for about 30 years. Due to its continuous work and its competence in terms of content, the center has gained wide recognition as a specialized institution both at a national and international level. The focus is on human rights education, anti-racism work, and historical education about the history of the minority.
Since October 2015, the Berlin office of “Dokumentations- und Kulturzentrum Deutscher Sinti und Roma” at Aufbauhaus on Moritzplatz has been a further central point of contact where interested parties can learn about the history and present of Sinti and Roma.
