V.i.S.d.P. (person or entity accountable according to the German Press Law)

All printed matter, be it posters, flyer, or banners, have to have their “V.i.S.d.P.” specified, that is en explicit mention of the person or entity accountable for the content according to the German Press Law. Typically, this mention is added in very small print in the left or right bottom corner and consist of a full name and address.

Important: Do not include private data in your V.i.S.d.P.!

Check whether it is possible to use the address of a supportive organization, non-profit, or initiative instead of the private address and full name of one of your group’s members.
